Chip made the difficult process of selling my mother's house into an efficient sale. The photographs and on-line video presentation of this older home highlighted its assets, so that within 8 days we received multiple offers over asking price. His pro-active approach to all problems, from a non-communicative buyer's agent, two appraisals, and unforeseen maintenance issues, made what could have been a difficult close into a worry-free process. He was upbeat, honest, and knowledgable throughout the entire sale, but it is his meticulous attention to detail and ability to problem-solve that made working with him an absolute pleasure. As a first time seller, Cindy was the best realtor I could have ever hoped for. She kept me up to date on all items, helped find me someone to make minor repairs (John was amazing!), and really blew my mind at how caring and supportive she is. My situation was a bit complicated and she went above and beyond and pulled all her strings, used all her resources, and simply led me to make the best decisions possible regarding the sale of my house. Cindy made me feel so comfortable at all times. She took the stress of this situation from me and honestly I did not stress at all. She spent so much of her time helping me. I can only say that after 110 emails, 590 messages, and 7 phone calls, he really showed us what it meant to be a professional. From the attire with suit and tie, to the brown shiny shoes, we knew since day one that first impressions always count and that made us trust in his professionalism and he was like this every single time that we meet. He answered our calls, emails, and texts in seconds, at any time of the day. There were no limitations in order to contact him, even Saturdays and Sundays, 24/7. If you have a question or needed to call someone and they reply to you that they're out of the office, or open from 11am till 5pm , is a red flag . Make your life easier and call Chip.
