The photographs and on-line video presentation of this older home highlighted its assets, so that within 8 days we received multiple offers over asking price. As a first time seller, Cindy was the best realtor I could have ever hoped for. She kept me up to date on all items, helped find me someone to make minor repairs (John was amazing!), and really blew my mind at how caring and supportive she is. My situation was a bit complicated and she went above and beyond and pulled all her strings, used all her resources, and simply led me to make the best decisions possible regarding the sale of my house.
